Notes on fishing locations:
1. Freshwater vs. saltwater: This is a general guideline, as there seems to be some crossover - e.g. The Veiled Sea seems to be stocked with freshwater fish.
2. Expect some of the high level areas to expand as more people start fishing in 50+ zones.

I didn't include soft-shell clams, as they're a quest item (no associated recipe).

Also giant-clam scorcho doesn't appear because you can't fish for giant-clams.
