SafariJack does this with a shield tanked 280mm arti Jaguar, but the Angel Vipers and Angel Webers are troublesome.

Four groups, no aggro. Groups 25-60km away after warp in.

The objective is to destroy the Outpost.

AB members report that this can be done easily with missile ships that can pop the outpost before any of the guards are in range.

The Small Armor structure will drop a little bit of ammo.
